Our Services
Behaviour Support
1:1 behavior support that focuses on the goals that are important to you and your care team. Behaviour support includes a comprehensive assessment, 1:1 behaviour support in home or in the community, and caregiver coaching.
Behaviour Consultation
Behaviour consultation provides caregivers and the support team training in strategies that can be utilised for teaching new skills and reducing behaviours of concern. Coaching can be done with anyone in the individual’s care team either in person or via telehealth.
Guide to Our Services
Are you wondering what the road to behaviour support services looks like? Read about the different stages of our Behaviour Support Program below.
-
The Initial Consultation is a 2-hour introductory session. The primary focus of this session is to introduce you to our values, services, and approach, as well as to learn more about your unique needs. This allows us to determine if we are a good fit for you before moving ahead.
-
The second stage of our Behaviour Support Program is Charting The Course. CTC is about getting to know each other and building a plan for the future. During this phase we have 3 behaviour support sessions together, from which a therapy program is written that is tailored to your individual goals and values.
-
Once you have reviewed and approve the therapy program, we move into Goals in Action. This will either be 1:1 behaviour support services or behaviour consultation.
-
Auxiliary Services are additional services including report writing, collaboration meetings with other providers on your care team, or summplementary assessments.
