Eleanor Brink, MEd, BCBA, CBA
Founder and Behaviour Consultant
Ellie is the Founder and Behaviour Consultant at Adapting Together Therapies. With a wealth of expertise as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), she has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018. Ellie earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Sydney before obtaining a Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University. Ellie has spent the last five years in San Diego, California, working with autistic and apraxic children, teens, and young adults in home, clinical, community, and school settings.
Ellie's dedication to neuroaffirming practice is the cornerstone of her work. She is committed to creating behavior support programs that recognize and build upon an individual's strengths. Her areas of expertise encompass supporting and teaching self-advocacy using a communication style that best suits each individual's needs. Ellie is also adept at cultivating self-regulation strategies and promoting independent living skills for her clients.
Collaboration is at the heart of Ellie's approach. She firmly believes that extraordinary outcomes can be achieved when clients, caregivers, and practitioners come together in a spirit of true collaboration. By fostering a strong partnership, Ellie ensures that each individual receives the comprehensive and personalized support they deserve.
In her free time, you’ll find Ellie hiking or enjoying the beach with her dog Leo!
Brandyn Burke
Co-Founder, Practice Manager
Brandyn is the Co-Founder and Practice Manager for Adapting Together Therapies. Drawing on his skills and experience in leadership, training and administration acquired during 10 years in the U.S Marine Corps paired with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration he ensures the administrative side of ATT is running efficiently and smoothly so clinical staff can give their undivided attention to clients and their families.
Brandyn uses his experience across diverse business sectors to ensure Adapting Together Therapies vision of making meaningful positive changes in people's lives are brought to life.
In his free time, you will find him surfing or walking his four-legged best friend, Leo.
